Return / Replacement of products
In the event of a return due to a defective product or due to an error in your order (for example if you received a different product than the one you ordered) in order to complete the return of the item, it is necessary to meet the following conditions:
- Product returns can be accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Order Cancellation
In order to cancel your order after its completion, please contact us at +30 210 2799087.
The company has the right to cancel the customer’s order if:
*The customer has declared “Received in store” and has not received his order within (4) four working days of his notification.
*The customer has not paid the amount of his order within (4) four business days (applies to the “bank deposit” payment method).
